ROBODER, which brings together Turkey’s robot integrators and high-tech system manufacturers under one roof, will have a strong presence at WIN EURASIA, organized by Hannover Fairs Turkey and to be held at the Istanbul Fair Center from June 10-13, 2026. At the fair, which will be held under the motto “Moving Forward with Automation,” ROBODER members will showcase a wide range of technologies, from robotic welding applications to special-purpose machines, integrated robotic systems to advanced engineering solutions. Expected to attract a large number of visitors from Turkey and neighboring countries, the fair will be one of the most important meeting platforms for the sector in this new era where SMEs are increasingly adopting automation and value-added transformation in production is gaining prominence.
While robotic investments postponed until 2025 are being reactivated, the SMEs’ inclination towards automation is expected to increase significantly in 2026. The Robot Integrators and High-Tech Systems Manufacturers Association (ROBODER) will showcase the most concrete reflections of this transformation at WIN EURASIA, organized by Hannover Fairs Turkey and to be held at the Istanbul Fair Center between June 10-13, 2026. Under the motto “Moving Forward with Automation,” the fair will highlight robotics, automation, and integrated production solutions, sharing signs of a new era where the sector is shifting towards more complex and value-added projects. Emphasizing that a production model independent of automation and robots is impossible in the future, ROBODER Chairman Murat Yarış stated that automation has become a fundamental requirement for all manufacturers who want to remain competitive. Evaluating expectations for 2026, Yarış stated that with more predictable economic conditions, investment decisions will increase, this growth will spread to broader sectors, and SMEs are expected to embrace automation more strongly. Drawing attention to the new era where more complex and value-added projects come to the forefront, Yarış emphasized that WIN EURASIA will showcase this transformation in all its dimensions in 2026.
Robotic solutions are spreading to new sectors
Stating that robotics is at the heart of automation, Yarış said, “Industrial robots, when combined with the right engineering and software, become systems that can change production processes from start to finish. Although they are at the cutting edge of automation, robots are highlighted as the most mobile parts visually. Nobody is asking if automation will take our jobs; everyone is asking if robots will take our jobs.” Yarış noted that robotic solutions, previously used mostly in sectors such as automotive and white goods, are now seriously being preferred in areas such as the defense industry, food, and special machinery manufacturing, adding, “We believe that these areas of use will expand even further in the coming period.”
WIN EURASIA has become the business development hub of the sector.
Yarış stated that WIN EURASIA is a platform where the pulse of the robotics sector is felt, saying, “Thanks to visitors from both Turkey and neighboring countries, companies have the opportunity to present themselves to the right audience. The fair, which is a meeting point for those seeking solutions and those offering solutions, is strengthening its position every year. Our sector shows great interest in this powerful organization; companies see this fair as an important opportunity to showcase their newly developed machines and technologies. It is also a very valuable organization for closely following developments in the sector and examining new technologies on-site. While focusing on innovations, it also offers a meeting ground where strong business connections are established and existing relationships are strengthened; we constantly observe that even companies that don’t participate strengthen their business connections by visiting the fair.”
Integrated Robotic Solutions and Specialized Machines Will Take Center Stage
Yarış stated that robotic welding applications, special-purpose machines, and integrated robotic solutions will be the main focus at WIN EURASIA 2026, adding, “Our members will be present at the fair with ‘tailor-made’ machines specifically designed to meet the needs of different sectors. Members such as E3TAM, Intecro Robotik, Özmetal Sanayi ve Ticaret, Kolarc Makine İmalat, Siff Elektromekanik, Tezmaksan Robot ve Otomasyon Teknolojileri, Festo, Willtech Otomasyon Sistemleri, Vibbes Makine Otomasyon, Vias Endüstriyel Çözümler Otomasyon, and Hid-tek Makina will also participate in the fair with the solutions they have developed.
This approach will allow visitors to see solutions suitable for their own production processes on-site and to evaluate the opportunities offered by the sector holistically. We expect WIN EURASIA to attract more visitors and, in particular, to create a platform for high-quality business meetings. After a challenging period, we hope it will be a fair where new projects and collaborations will blossom.”
The local content requirement plays a critical role in value-added projects.
Or Rış stated that 2025 was a challenging year for the sector and concluded his remarks as follows: “In the first half of the year, the high interest rate environment, and in the second half, the expectation of interest rate cuts, caused investments to be postponed. However, in the last quarter of the year, with the easing of interest rates and the volatility in the exchange rate, we saw that postponed projects came back to the agenda. In 2025, the biggest problem for the sector was access to financing; although investment appetite continued, companies had difficulty finding financing under suitable conditions, and this slowed down robotics investments as well. In the coming period, the implementation of long-term, predictable financing models and the support of high value-added projects with a domestic content requirement are of critical importance.” We are bringing the robotics ecosystem together under one roof.
Sena Mengül, Project Manager of Hannover Fairs Turkey WIN EURASIA, emphasized the importance of the fair for the robotics and automation ecosystem, stating, “WIN EURASIA offers a powerful platform that brings together all stakeholders of robotics and automation technologies in a period when digital transformation in production is accelerating. The participation of ROBODER and its member companies in the fair demonstrates Turkey’s engineering capacity and competitiveness in robotic systems and integrated production solutions. Our fair, which will be held at the Istanbul Fair Center between June 10-13, 2026, will host technologies that guide the sector in the areas of efficiency, flexibility, and sustainable production. We believe that WIN EURASIA will contribute to the establishment of new collaborations and strengthen the growth momentum of our robotics sector.”
