Borusan Cat aims to secure its customers’ business continuity with its “Time is Money” approach, which adds a new dimension to the services it offers under Customer Value Agreements (MDAs). This approach is based on the understanding that every minute a machine spends in the field represents a real cost, with clear and measurable commitments to parts availability and service speed. This new phase, a continuation of the “We Have a Promise!” Service and Spare Parts Commitment offered throughout 2025, gains a more concrete expression with the “Time is Money” slogan starting in 2026. The commitments specified for machines operating in the construction sector under MDAs signed or renewed after January 1, 2026, with a minimum of 2,000 hours of labor, will come into effect.
Under this service commitment, the procedures listed under the “Simple Repairs” category at borusancat.com/tr/mda-bil bilgilendirme are completed within 2 business days following customer approval, or within a mutually agreed timeframe (excluding weekends and public holidays). The “machine back to work in 2 days” commitment is valid only if the total time for a single technician—including travel time, on-site repair, and return to the service point—does not exceed 12 working hours.
Regarding spare parts, for construction machinery covered by MDAs (Maintenance, Delivery, and Service) of at least 2,000 hours signed or renewed after January 1, 2026, spare parts listed at borusancat.com/tr/mda-bil bilgilendirme are shipped from Borusan Cat warehouses or made ready for delivery via “pick-up” within 1 business day following customer approval (excluding weekends and public holidays).
In both spare parts and service processes, if the committed time is exceeded, Borusan Cat assumes responsibility by providing customers with a spare parts gift voucher worth 40,000 TL. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year and can be used for purchases of at least 100,000 TL made through Boom360 after discounts. This structure offers strong assurance for sites where time loss directly translates into costs.
