The Makina Hangar Engineering and Technology Center, which sheds light on the digital transformation of industry with examples from the field, is attracting significant interest from industry representatives with its real case presentations, live demo areas, and high-quality B2B meetings. The automation series continues with the Process Automation Solutions event, to be held on April 14-16, 2026; the needs of the process industry, focusing on efficiency, safety, and sustainability, will be addressed with practical application examples.
Operated in Kartal, Istanbul, in collaboration with the Istanbul Branch of the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers of the Union of Turkish Chambers of Engineers and Architects (TMMOB) and Kartal Municipality, and partnered with Hannover Fairs Turkey (HFT), a subsidiary of Deutsche Messe AG, Makina Hangar has quickly risen to become a strong engineering and technology center by focusing on the current needs of industry. Bringing together companies seeking transformation in their production processes under one roof through its events, Makina Hangar will host four major organizations throughout 2026. The Process Automation Solutions event, the first step in this visionary series, will open its doors on April 14-16, 2026. Applications touching the field in critical areas such as flow control, industrial valves, measurement and instrumentation, digital twin, sensor and image processing solutions will provide participants with tangible added value in terms of efficiency, safety and sustainability.
Adaptable solutions for production processes will be evaluated on-site.
With the Robotic Automation Solutions and Factory Automation Solutions events held last year, Makina Hangar brought the latest developments to the field in many sectors, from automotive to white goods, food and beverage to chemicals, defense industry and machine manufacturing. It not only addressed the current state of the sectors but also presented a vision that sheds light on the future. The events, which brought solution providers and industrialists together on the same platform, created a strong foundation for the emergence of new collaborations and the taking of transformation-oriented steps in production processes.
Participants had the opportunity to experience adaptable solutions for their own production processes in the field through case-based presentations and live demo areas covering digital twin, sensor and image processing technologies. Makina Hangar, through its high-quality networking areas and one-on-one meetings, not only facilitated knowledge sharing but also contributed concretely to the industry’s transformation journey by creating a shared experience space around the return on automation investments, operational gains, and sustainable production goals.
Process Automation Solutions will focus on the needs of the sector.
Throughout the year, Makina Hangar continues to bring together engineering expertise and technology to contribute to the industry’s transformation journey with events addressing different layers of automation. Supported by demo areas and interactive sessions, Process Automation Solutions, taking place between April 14-16, 2026, encourages experience sharing and new collaborations among professionals from various sectors.
Focusing on the needs of the sector and addressing efficiency, safety, and sustainability in production processes through real-world case studies, Process Automation Solutions will comprehensively evaluate flow control systems, industrial valves, pressure, temperature, and level measurement equipment, field instrumentation, and digital twin applications. In sessions featuring expert speakers, investment priorities and areas for operational improvement will be discussed with examples from the field.
Events Continue in September, October, and November
Makina Hangar is preparing to bring industry professionals together again with three comprehensive events addressing different layers of automation in September, October, and November. The third Robotic Automation Solutions event, to be held from September 15-17, 2026, will explore robotic transformation with examples from the field, including industrial, mobile, and collaborative robots, robotic line and system integrations, live demo areas, and case studies. The first-ever Internal Logistics and Warehouse Automation Solutions event, to be held from October 20-22, 2026, will focus on smart warehouse solutions, software and automation systems, sorter structures, cobot technologies, and AGV and AMR applications, evaluating the transformation of warehouse operations through demo areas and high-quality B2B meetings. The third Factory Automation Solutions conference, the final event of the year, will take place from November 17-19, 2026, and will address critical topics such as digital twins, sensor technologies, artificial intelligence, robotic systems, IoT, image processing, AR/VR, end-of-line automation, and industrial computers. Case studies, panels, and application workshops will explore the end-to-end automation agenda of factories with practical examples.
