Continuing its leadership with the innovations it offers to the Turkish machining industry, Tezmaksan will participate in IMTS Chicago, AMB Stuttgart, WIN Eurasia and Maktek Eurasia fairs within the year with its robotic automation system CubeBOX and new technologies. Tezmaksan’s 2024 strategy, which has reached 36 countries on four continents with CubeBOX, includes export-oriented growth.
Tezmaksan, which has been developing solutions that will improve the production and competitiveness of the Turkish machining industry for more than 40 years, introduces its technologies that meet the needs of the sector to the whole world through the fairs it participates in. In this context, Tezmaksan, which expanded the usage area of its robotic automation system CubeBOX and delivered it to 36 countries in line with the fair strategy it focused on last year, will pursue an export-based growth strategy in 2024.
In this regard, the brand will introduce its most up-to-date technologies at IMTS Chicago and AMB Stuttgart abroad, and at WIN Eurasia and Maktek Eurasia fairs in the country.
All of Tezmaksan“CubeBOX” under the umbrella of automation product groupsis located
Hakan Aydoğdu, General Manager of Tezmaksan, said that the fairs that are attended in the field of automation, especially in the international arena, provide the opportunity to closely follow the sectoral trends, interact directly with the target customer and introduce new technologies to potential users, and added: “There are four fairs that we will attend as Tezmaksan this year. We will have two new products that stand out at these fairs. However, it should be noted that CubeBOX is the umbrella brand of our entire automation product group. Under the CubeBOX product umbrella, we improve the operational processes of companies within the scope of ‘Good to Person’ (GTP) and ‘Good to Robot’ (GTR or G2R) concepts by focusing on the industrial costs of the industry, our direct/indirect customers and both machine and operator efficiencies, and product quality. Our new ‘CubeBOX-AMR’ Autonomous Mobile Robot solutions, which will minimize costs, will be launched at this year’s fairs. “In addition, we will present our multi-purpose lathe to the visitors at the IMTS fair to be held in Chicago.”
The golden rule to stay competitive is “automation with robots”switch to systems
Stating that there are many reasons that affect efficiency in production processes, Aydoğdu continued his words as follows: “Under the lean production philosophy, there is great waste in seven items: overproduction, waiting, transportation, unnecessary operations, stock, unnecessary movements and faulty production. Robotic automation systems play an important role in eliminating these wastes. The transition to robotic automation systems has become an indispensable condition for companies to become or remain competitive due to the recently increasing industrial costs.
Of course, the success of these systems is closely related to correct integration with the machine and process in which they are used and proper maintenance. However, for these systems to be successful, an appropriate design, correct programming and integration are required. For this reason, instead of customer- or process-specific specific integration solutions, we developed and expanded our CubeBOX standard product range in the light of our 43 years of machining experience. “With our software RoboCAM, which can be easily learned and used by anyone without the need for robot programming knowledge, with a standard, compact and portable design suitable for all brands and models of machines, we have developed products with a plug-and-play logic and offered them to both the domestic and foreign markets.”
Tezmaksan will focus on foreign dealer structuring in 2024 will give
Stating that CubeBOX products are currently available in 36 countries on four different continents through Tezmaksan’s widespread and ever-growing distributor network, Aydoğdu said about the 2024 strategy: “This year, we will continue to develop and expand our organization in order to increase our sales, especially by following an export-oriented path. . In this context, in order to optimize our existing organization in European countries and closely follow customer needs, we have established our company in the Netherlands and will put it into operation in the next few weeks. In addition, one of our primary goals is to continue to expand and develop our sub-dealer and service organization through our exclusive dealer in the USA. We have built our dealer network very carefully, and frankly, we are careful about working with the right companies and the right people. Our main goal here is to find qualified business stakeholders whose processes and goals overlap with ours and who prioritize our ethical values, rather than a quantitative increase in the number of our dealers. For this reason, we aimed to move forward by adding 4 or 5 countries and new dealers for 2024.”
