Continuing its leadership with the innovations it offers to the Turkish machining industry, Tezmaksan designed the Pallet Pool Automation System, a first in Turkey, for medium and large enterprises in increasing competitive conditions. Pallet Pool Automation System, developed as a compact, expandable and modular system, will reduce work processes by 70 percent and maximize efficiency by saving labor and time.
Tezmaksan, which develops solutions that increase the production and competitiveness of the machining industry, broke new ground in Turkey and designed the Pallet Pool Automation System as a result of one and a half years of intensive R&D studies. The system, whose design process has been completed and will be available to industrialists at the end of this year, will reduce business processes by 70 percent with its 24/7 uninterrupted operation.

Tezmaksan General Manager Hakan Aydoğdu stated that increasing competitive conditions force industrial manufacturers to make correct cost management and savings and said, “Today, the demand for technologies and applications that save time and maximize efficiency is increasing. As Tezmaksan, we observe the changing needs of the industry and develop new solutions thanks to our experience in production technologies and the market. Pallet Pool Automation System, one of these solutions, was designed as a result of our company's experience and engineering-knowledge in the manufacturing industry for more than 40 years. We were the first to develop this system in Turkey, which is produced by only a few companies in the world. We will launch the system, which focuses on optimizing production processes, at the end of this year while designing it especially for medium and large enterprises. Especially the problem of qualified personnel is experienced in every sector, but this situation creates great job and financial losses in machining.

Emphasizing that seemingly simple technical operations such as connecting fixtures or loading tools into the magazine in manufacturing lead to loss of time and work, Aydoğdu explained the advantages of the Pallet Pool Automation System with the following words: “The system that allows 24/7 uninterrupted operation that we developed to prevent overlooked losses.” It drives the clamping fixtures with the material and can even load tools into the magazines. This system, offered in PT-24 configuration, maximizes efficiency by automating processes and saving labor and time. We designed the system, which works with all the capabilities of RoboCAM software, for large-volume manufacturers to increase their competitive advantage and optimize their manufacturing processes. The system, which has a structure that can be integrated into existing CNCs, makes it possible to use the factory area efficiently, especially thanks to its compact design and modular structure. In parallel with our targets in the domestic market, we introduced this system to the world and added it to our export targets.
