Again, as Hannover Messe Partner Country 2023, Indonesia Reaps the Opportunity of Infinite Industrial Transformation

Indonesia is the first ASEAN country as the official partner country at Hannover Messe for three times. This international industrial exhibition this year will take place from 17th to 21st April 2023, and Opening Ceremony on 16th April 2023. This is to make it happen of Indonesian Vision to become the top ten world economic actor in 2030 through seven priority sectors, covering Food & Beverages, Textile & Apparel, Automotives, Electronics, Chemicals, and Medical Equipment and Pharmaceuticals.

Indonesia will highlight the most recent technological advancements and potential investments in industrial technology, through the organization of Making Indonesia 4.0-related events, business summits, and conferences at the Indonesian Pavilion at the Hannover Messe Fairground. The estimated area is 3000 m2, and more than 150 co-exhibitors representing each sub-theme, including Engineered Parts and Solutions, Future Hub, Sustainability and Energy Transition, Global Business and Markets, Compressed Air and Vacuum, Digital Ecosystems, Drive Technology & Automation, Motion, and Drives. Apart from industry, Industrial Estates and Special Economic Zones with industrial themes and the concept of developing the National Capital City (IKN) will also appear at this prestigious event.

Carrying the Pinisi logo and the “Infinite Journey” tagline aims to inspire and encourages participants to embrace unlimited opportunities. “Indonesia is a limitless potential country, including the nature, talent, and ability in the industrial revolution 4.0. This tagline reflects the spirit of optimism and broad future potential, where Indonesia’s journey to the future is unlimited,” said Eko S.A Cahyanto, the Director General of Industrial Resilience, Region, and International Industrial Access, the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia, which was delivered during the Press Preview event on February 15, 2023 at Hall 19, Hannover Messe Fairground, Hannover, Germany.

The importance of Indonesia’s participation as an official partner country at Hannover Messe 2023 is not only as a means to promote Indonesian branding but also to encourage Indonesian manufacturing capability enhancement and digital infrastructure development, as well as to expand and establish new partnerships based on Industry 4.0
